Councillor Duncan has been an Alliance Councillor for Castlereagh West for 12 years and is currently the chair of the Leisure Services Committee.
She is a volunteer in the Citizens Advice Bureau in Belfast and is an audio describer for the blind and visually impaired in theatres.
