To promote and encourage Home Composting the Council is now offering a 330 litre Home Composter, with 9 litre kitchen pail, to its ratepayers at a subsidised rate of £5.00 (delivered).  Please contact the Technical and Environmental Services on 028 9049 4600 for further information.
