Blue Bins
Households within the borough can request a second 140L or 240L Blue Bin that can be delivered if required.
Replacement Parts can be purchased if required, parts include Lid (including pins), wheels and axles.
If the bin is damaged by Council Operatives or has gone into the back of the Refuse Collection Vehicle, please inform Technical and Environmental Services to arrange a replacement on 028 90494600.

Home Composters
Home Composters allow householders to compost their own garden and kitchen-sourced vegetable wastes for use in their garden. Home Compost can provide a rich soil conditioner and fertiliser and an alternative to peat based composts.
To promote and encourage Home Composting the Council is now offering a 330 litre Home Composter, with 9 litre kitchen pail, to its ratepayers at a subsidised rate of £5.00 (delivered). Please contact the Technical and Environmental Services for further information on 028 9049 4600.
Grey/Black Bins
Households within the borough can purchase 140L, 240L household wheeled bins that can be delivered if required.
Depending on availability there may be second-hand wheeled bins in stock for purchase.
It may also be possible for households to upgrade their bin to a larger size.
Replacement Parts for 120L, 240L and 360L Household Wheeled Bins can be purchased if required, parts include Lid (including pins), wheels and axles.
