Castlereagh Borough Council will be selling 50litre bags of Rosey Lee compost which has been made from material collected from Brown Bins in your area!

You can purchase a bag of this environmentally friendly compost for just £2.40!

It is a great alternative to peat based composts and helps to close the recycling loop. Householders place biodegradable waste in their Brown Bins and the material is collected and taken to a composting facility at Glenside, Lisburn. It is then turned to compost through in-vessel composting process. The resulting compost has been bagged and is now available for purchase!
