Under the directorship of Mr. Edwin Campbell, the Technical & Environmental Services Department is committed to the Council's Vision Statement: "Castlereagh Borough Council is Committed to Building on the Borough's Strengths to Create and Conserve for Your Future".
From the provision of statutory services such as Building Control and Environmental Health, the management of Waste, to the organisation and maintenance of excellent sports and parks facilities, including the only Regional Park in the UK, the Department is right at the forefront of providing a diverse and cutting edge range of statutory and discretionary services to the people of the Borough.
