  • In certain circumstances it may be necessary for a supervisor to inspect the waste prior to arranging the collection.
  • Waste should be left at the front of the property. However, under special circumstances alternative arrangements can be made to collect waste from the rear of the property, provided there is suitable access.
  • It is the responsibility of the householder to ensure that all waste is easily accessible, free from any obstructions and separated from any materials, or property, which is not to be removed.
  • As all waste is manually handled, containers, bundles, boxes, bags, etc, must not be overloaded and must be in a safe condition.
  • Waste not properly presented, will not be removed.

For further information about your collection and method of payment, or to find out whether or not your waste can be removed, please contact Technical and Environmental Services on 028 9049 4600.
