Household Recycling Centres
Household Recycling Centres, formerly Civic Amenity Sites, are an integral part of the Council's strategy to divert waste from landfill. The Council operates two Household Recycling Centres (HRCs) at Comber Road, Carryduff and Cregagh Road, for householders to recycle or dispose of their wastes. A wide range of wastes can now be recycled at these Centres.

April - September
Monday to Friday : 9am – 8pm
Saturday : 9am – 5pm |
October - March
Monday to Friday : 9am – 5pm
Saturday : 9am – 5pm |
Note : Last car admitted 10 minutes before closing
For Health and Safety reasons, there may be times when the facility must temporarily close for servicing of skips. This is unavoidable and we ask for your understanding in this matter.
