Departments
Castlereagh Borough Council is headed by our Chief Executive Mr. Stephen Reid BSc, MBA and is divided into four Departments as follows:
- Administration and Community Services
The Administration and Community Services Department of Castlereagh Borough Council is headed by Joan McCoy.
- Finance
The Finance Department of Castlereagh Borough Council is headed by Edward Patterson.
- Leisure Services
The Leisure Services Department of Castlereagh Borough Council is headed by Heather Moore.
- Technical and Environmental Services
The Technical and Environmental Services Department of Castlereagh Borough Council is headed by Edwin Campbell.
