There are also tailored programmes for groups and individuals and will include activities such as, Boccia, Armchair Aerobics, Swimming, Aqua Aerobics, Fitness Suite, Bowls and Dance. There will be training in First Aid and Home Safety for those working with children and older people. We can also offer places on the Cook It Programme which is a Cooking and Nutrition programme. There are great opportunities for Volunteering too! All activities through the C-SAW project will be offered FREE of charge to participants. Programmes will take place across Castlereagh at Lough Moss Centre, Belvoir Activity Centre and The Robinson Centre.
