Cooling Tower Notification
Licence Summary
If you control non-domestic premises you must ensure that you notify the Local Authority of any cooling tower or evaporative condenser (notifiable devices) on the premises.
Notification must be in writing.
You must notify the Local Authority of any changes to the notification information within one month of the change. This notification must be in writing.
If the device ceases to be a notifiable device you must notify the Local Authority in writing as soon as possible.

Failed Application Redress

If you wish to make any representations about an application they must be made to the Local Authority within 28 days of the application.
If you wish to appeal against a decision of the Local Authority you may appeal to your local County Court within 21 days of the date you are notified of the decision.
